Initiated by Türksat with the main idea of equipping the entrepreneurship ecosystem with innovative ideas, Yörünge's process of collecting ideas from outside the organisation was initiated by Türksat General Manager Hasan Hüseyin Ertok.

General Manager Hasan Hüseyin Ertok, Legal Counsel Mehmet Çerikçi, Head of Inspection Board Mustafa Özyar, Deputy General Manager of Satellite Services Dr. Selman Demirel, Deputy General Manager of Administrative and Financial Affairs Ömer Faruk Çöllüoğlu and all our directors attended the "Open Innovation" launch of Yörünge, which sets out with the main idea of equipping the entrepreneurship ecosystem with innovative ideas.

At the launch, which started with the moderation of Murat Peksvaş, Founding General Manager of Binovative, and Metin Salt, Founder of Salt Fikir Sanat, Hasan Hüseyin Ertok, General Manager of Türksat, made a speech about the "Orbit" project.  Stating that Türksat plans to support the ideas that will open up our country to the world with the programme, Ertok said: "As Türksat, we believe that it is very important to focus on young people and include them in business processes in order to contribute to the future of Turkey. In this context, as Türksat, we launched the "Orbit Programme" at the end of November to ensure cultural transformation within the company. As of today, we are starting the process of collecting ideas from outside the organisation in order to reach both start-ups and young entrepreneurs regarding the determined focus areas." 

Ertok emphasised that with the Orbit project, they want to create opportunities for ideas that will create added value for our country as well as for Türksat, and gave information about Türksat's fields of activity. Ertok stated that they are especially expecting ideas for the sectors in which Türksat provides services, and underlined that they will provide important support to young entrepreneurs with the power of the Türksat brand.

Yörünge Intrapreneurship Programme aims to find entrepreneurs who will be the pioneers of change and transformation. It is planned to support the found entrepreneurs and corporatise a supported external initiative by creating a product or service with an annual revenue of TL 1 million or more from within the company. In addition, it is aimed to trigger cultural transformation within the company and to make the production of innovative ideas continuous throughout the company. Entrepreneur candidates of all ages who have the potential to create transformation with their ideas are offered the opportunity to benefit from infrastructure, training and mentoring support.
