During the failed coup attempt by soldiers of the separatist terror group- FETÖ/PDY (Gülen Movement’s Clerical Leader, Fethullah Gülen’s terror organization and mastermind behind the Parallel State Structure plot) TÜRKSAT’s main campus located in Gölbaşı, Ankara was attacked. During the attack two of our personnel on duty at the time, Ahmet Özsoy and Alı Karslı became martyrs. 3 other personnel sustained injuries and are no longer in critical condition.
This atrocious attack which deeply saddened all of us, resulted in two of our personnel becoming martyrs, may God have mercy on their souls. We express our condolences to their families, close relatives and friends, and our community. As for the injured we wish them a speedy recovery.
