-Customer Satisfaction Entrusted to Artificial Intelligence
The Customer Experience Management Project that is planned to improve customer experience management processes and to measure the satisfaction of Türksat Kablo customers on an event basis after each service provided and will perform sentiment analysis based on artificial intelligence from customers' feedback, was presented by the Cable Information Systems Director Osman Güyüm. The Robotic Process Automation Project, which enables the control and management processes of subscription documents to be carried out in a short time without being dependent on human after the subscription process, with minimum error, was presented by Project Manager Fatih Ervural.
-Türksat Became the First Operator in Four Different Digital Authentication
Furthermore, the Digital Identity Verification Project, which ensures secure subscriptions to Türksat Kablo over the internet and makes Türksat the first operator to realize four different digital authentication methods in subscription processes in the electronic communications sector, was also presented. The Digital Identity Verification Project, which covers digital authentication with four different methods, was presented by Project Manager Fatih Ala. The Subscription Agreement Approval Project over the e-Government Gateway, which was put into service in July, was also mentioned in the presentation. A demo was given by Project Manager Fatih Ervural, Software Development Specialist Emre Köse and Hasan Konya, who took part in the software development processes after the presentation. Authentication processes using the TCKK, authentication with artificial intelligence method and authentication processes with the help of the authorized person were carried out successfully during the launching. Contract printing, paper use, document control and cargo processes will also be eliminated with the project that will prevent fraud scenarios in authentication.

Türksat General Manager Hasan Hüseyin Ertok who has made a statement after the launch stated that the projects promoted are of great importance for the digital transformation of Türksat and our country and also stated that they will start working on the dissemination of the new application as soon as possible. Ertok pointed out that; new methods should be developed to encourage the use of new digital authentication processes, and also he underlined that it is proud that the 3 important projects launched are completely domestic and national products in terms of software and hardware.
Ertok congratulated the Türksat engineers and project stakeholders who took part in the projects and shared his thanks at the end of the launch presentations and demos. A cake was cut and a souvenir photo was taken with all the participants after the speeches.
