At the ninth A.C.E Awards (Achievement in Customer Excellence), which is Turkey's most comprehensive measure of customer satisfaction, Türksat Kablo TV in the "Digital Platform" sector and Türksat Kablo Net in the Internet Service Providers sector received the award for the brand that provides the best customer experience.
Şikayetvar,(Complaint) where 530 thousand brands, 11 million 200 thousand individual members and 30 million monthly visitors meet, has determined the brands that provide excellent customer experience for the ninth time. At the 9th A.C.E. Awards held in Istanbul, brands that provide excellent customer experience were awarded on the basis of companies' complaint data, market shares and 1.5 million surveys.
Two Diamond Awards for Türksat Kablo
At the A.C.E Awards, where the end-to-end satisfaction management skills of brands are awarded, Türksat Kablo TV received the Diamond award in the Digital Platform sector this year, while Türksat Kablo Net received the Diamond award in the Internet Service Providers sector. While İlker Yasin Tekin, Cable Operations Manager, received the A.C.E Awards in the Internet Service Providers sector on behalf of Türksat, Gamze Kibaroğlu, Türksat Call Centres Supervisor, received the A.C.E Awards in the Digital Platform sector. Speaking on behalf of Türksat at the award ceremony, Call Centres Supervisor Kibaroğlu stated that they were at the award ceremony as Türksat Kablo TV family and said, "We are a huge team. I would like to thank the valuable Türksat managers who support us to be here, our business partner company and our call centre team who work diligently."
