The A.C.E Awards "The Best Trademarks and Professionals Who Manage Customer Experience" award ceremony took place in Istanbul on March 20, 2017.
At the "A.C.E Awards" ceremony held in the field of "online complaint management" in cooperation with sikayetvar.com and Method Research, brands that best manage consumer complaints amongst more than 250 brands operating in 10 different sectors were announced to the public.
At Turkey's first experience management focused, "ACE Awards", Tüksat, Kablo TV brand in the "Digital Platform" category, Kablo Net brand in the "Internet Service Providers" category, was chosen as the best online complaint management company and won first prize in these two categories.
