Türksat’s management team and the Head of the Presidency Digital Transformation Office Ali Taha Koç paid a visit to our engineers in France, who are working on the Türksat 5A and Türksat 5B satellite projects.
After the signing of their contracts on November 2017, the production process for Türksat 5A and Türksat 5B satellites began at Airbus’s facility located in France. To see which stage the project was at, an onsite tour was organized with Türksat Chairman of the Board Dr. M. Vecdi Gönül, Türksat CEO Cenk Şen, Head of the Presidency Digital Transformation Office Ali Taha Koç, and Türksat Vice President Hasan Hüseyin Ertok in attendance.
Türksat engineers who received training in space technologies as part of the technology transfer program, informed the delegates about the completed portions of the project and upcoming stages of the project.
